1. Digital Product Policy

Since our products are customized and generated instantly for each user, most purchases are non-refundable after successful generation or delivery.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

  • Duplicate payment made accidentally
  • Payment deducted but experience not generated
  • Technical failure caused directly by our platform

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect information entered by the customer

  • Delay caused by internet/network issues
  • Dissatisfaction with personalized content after generation

4. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your payment provider.
